According to a recent personality test I took, I fall into the ENTJ category—the Commander.
People with the ENTJ personality type (Commanders) are natural-born leaders. Embodying the gifts of charisma and confidence, ENTJs project authority in a way that draws crowds together behind a common goal. If there’s anything that people with this personality type love, it’s a good challenge, big or small, and they firmly believe that, given enough time and resources, they can achieve any goal. This quality makes ENTJs brilliant entrepreneurs, and their ability to think strategically and hold a long-term focus while executing each step of their plans with determination and precision makes them powerful business leaders.

Strategic, Decisive, and Driven
By this report, I am by my core a natural-born leader. With 83% extraversion, 88% judging, and 83% assertiveness, I thrive in environments that require bold vision, structure, and execution. I’m highly strategic, always seeing the big picture and plotting long-term goals. I don’t just create plans—I drive them forward.
My strengths lie in:
Leadership & Vision: I’m confident, charismatic, and capable of rallying others behind a common goal.
Process Optimization: I find joy in improving systems and streamlining processes.
Ambition: I’m highly motivated and consistently aim higher.
Drive for Improvement: Whether it's learning a new skill or refining an approach, I am relentless in self-growth.
Career: Where Leadership Meets Execution
My career is more than a job—it’s a platform for impact. I gravitate toward roles where I can lead teams, make key decisions, and design long-term strategies. Whether as an entrepreneur or part of an organization, I strive to build something lasting.
My approach combines logic and structure. While this makes me highly effective, I’ve also learned to be mindful of many challenges:
Overlooking Details: I sometimes might get too focused on the big picture.
Impatience: Slower processes or indecision can test my patience.
High Standards: I expect a lot from myself and my subordinates and partners.
The key to balance? Delegation, empathy, and knowing when "good enough" is actually enough.
Personal Growth: Evolving with Purpose
Growth is central to who I am. I have studied the whole of my life and pursued my dreams. By that, I value logic and resilience, and I’ve also come to understand that besides the physical health emotional intelligence is just as important. On the road, I'm learning to embrace flexibility, trust others more, and connect with the emotional undercurrents that drive people and relationships.
These areas I continue to work on:
Empathy and Patience: Slowing down to listen and feel.
Letting Go of Control: Delegating without micromanaging.
Emotional Awareness: Making time for reflection, vulnerability, and presence.
Relationships: Loyal, Protective, and Passionate
In relationships, I seek real connection—the kind that feels both grounding and elevating. I bring loyalty, presence, and a fierce sense of protection to the people I care about. Whether it's a partner, friend, or family member, I want those close to me to feel deeply supported and truly seen. I am intellectually engaged and fiercely protective of the people I care about. What matters to me most, is building a meaningful connection and impact: a bond rooted in honesty, emotional safety, and mutual growth. I believe love is not just a feeling—it’s a decision - being there, listening, and showing up when it counts.
Leading with Awareness and Authenticity
Being an ENTJ means I’m wired to lead, build, and improve—but it also means I should be intentional about empathy, balance, and connection. I take pride in the strengths that have helped me succeed, and I take responsibility for the areas where I need to grow.
Ultimately, my goal is not just to lead—but to lead well. To inspire through action, support through awareness, and connect with those around me in a way that leaves them with a better feeling. And to be able to give people that present, I studied to be a life coach a few years ago.
